Shipping & Returns
Delivery Timeframe
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 Business Days. Delivery time frame is estimated between 2-5 workings days (within US) and in some cases up to 10 working days (eg. rural or remote locations). If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Priority Shipping as the option during checkout. Ry & Co. Kids is not to be held responsible for late deliveries, loss, theft and damage.
Incorrect address or returned parcels
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.
Address Changes
Please double check that your address is correct before placing your order. We ship fast and especially if you have selected "Priority Shipping", we may be unable to cancel your order or change the delivery address. If your address is undeliverable for any reason, we reserve the right to charge a $3 restocking fee per item.

At this time, Ry & Co. Kids is not able to offer returns or exchanges. However, if your item has a manufacturer's defect upon arrival, please contact us at info@ryandcokids.com to report an issue. Please provide the order number, a detailed description, and a picture with full view of the product attached. You have 15 days from package arrival to report the problem in order to qualify for a refund. NO REFUNDS past 15 days.
